04-09-2021

Dear Teachers,

I extend my greetings to all of you as we celebrate Teachers Day on a backdrop of yet another year of providing alternate learning experience to all our students.

This year too the pandemic has posed an quintessential adaptive and transformative challenge for teachers across the globe, and you all teachers at EIS have continued to effectively and efficiently rise up to this challenge by ensuring “Learning never stops at EIS “.

Smooth and consistent Implementation of our Virtual Learning Framework like last year demonstrates your resilience, dedication and diligent efforts, reinforcing my belief “ Our teachers make the difference”

The Paradigm shift in teaching /learning pedagogies has recalibrated how teachers divide their time between teaching, engaging with students and administrative tasks. The active learning environments created by all of you in these extraordinary times keeps all our students engaged and motivated in their own learning, this is not a simple task, your commitment and passion for teaching acts as a catalyst for being innovative and creative in delivering efficient teaching-learning processes while ensuring the learning outcomes are met.

The connect you establish with your students through the active learning environments ensure their social emotional wellbeing which is of very high importance in this unprecedented times and will add impetus to their holistic development.

The various tech tools you use to make blended learning an interesting and engaging learning experience for our students is highly commendable, keeping the balance between work and home, your own social-emotional wellbeing while working relentlessly to ensure that learning journey of all your students remains undeterred in these extraordinary times is a selfless virtue.

Acknowledging and valuing students participation and parents facilitation in this new normal reflects your teamwork and collaborative skills which are highly appreciated.

With you all as Frontline Education Warriors I have no doubt EIS will continue deploying alternate learning methods to ensure the learning curve of all our students continue to move upwards in these challenging times.

Teachers Day is a day to applaud the teacher in you and salute the passion with which you are actively involved in discharging your role in the process of Building A Nation.

Wishing all of You “ Happy Teachers Day”

God Bless you all, God Bless our School
