Generally the admission process includes obtaining application for admission, submitting duly filled application for admission form, random selection process and result, acceptance of admissions and finally paying fees as stipulated and submitting the required documents in original. For the ongoing academic year. Educon International School offers Admissions for Toddlers, Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG, Grade I to Grade VII and Daycare.

Academic Calendar

Educon International School follows the academic calendar as

  • 1. June to April.
  • 2. Summer vacation from end of April to first week of June.
  • 3. A fortnight Diwali vacation in October /November.
  • 4. A week's Christmas vacation in December /January.

School Timings

  • The School days at EIS are Monday through Friday (Five Days Week)
  • The School timetable and number of working days provide for 200 days of effective instruction in a year.
  • Primary / Middle School functions for 6 Hours a day.

Admissions Process

General Information

The admission of the pupils is subject to the availability and according to the criteria fixed by the Educon International School (Age, School Documents, and Remittance of stipulated Fees). The pupil must be introduced by his/her father, mother or legal guardian who must provide a file comprising of documents as listed in the section titled "Documents".

2. Admission to Educon International School is a privilege and not right, Rights of Admission are reserved with the school management and school management can accept or reject any admission without assigning any reason.
3. Please read the brochure/Prospectus and other details carefully.
4. Affix and attach the necessary documents as given below with the Application for Admission Form.
5. Admission process- there are three stages of the Admission Process.

* Obtaining and submitting the duly completed Application for Admission form, Health Form along with Xerox copies of relevant documents.
* Assessment of the Admission form by the Administrative officer.
* Interaction with Principal.
* Random selection process through draw of lots subject to availability of seats.
* Paying of the fees as stipulated and submitting the required documents in original.
* Submission of the Application for Admission Form does not ensure Admission to the school.
* Admission decision will be conveyed to the Parents/Guardians.

Paying of Fees

1. Original/Notarized Birth certificate of the students as issued by the statutory authorities.
2. Photocopy of the progress/report card of the previous schooling year.(If any)
3. Four passport size color photographs of the child.
4. Health information form given by the School.
5. Self attested photocopy of address proof.
6. Passport copy.
7. Kindly provide complete communication details such as residence and office phone numbers. Cell phone numbers etc. Also provide two alternate phone numbers/ cell phone numbers of two of your friends/relatives. Please remember that these communication details are important in order to establish contact with your in case of an emergency. This information is kept confidential.

Admission Confirmation

Admission to Educon International School will be confirmed only after.
1. Paying the stipulated fees, as mentioned within the specified time period.
2. Completion of required documents as listed in documents section.
3. In case any relevant information has been withheld deliberately the school will review the admission of the student.
Parents/Guardians will have to sign the declaration on application form for the Admission, which shall confirm financial commitments to the School; declaration that they themselves and their child will adhere to the rules and regulations of the school in force from time and that the school will not be liable for any damages, or charges on account of injuries sustained by the child during his/her stay at the school.

Fee Policy & Refund Policy


  1. The School fees are to paid by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/online. Cheque/Demand Draft to be drawn in the name of EDUCON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL for admission/readmission to class 1 to 10 and in the name of EDUCON for admission/readmission to Toddlers/Nursery/Jr Kg/Sr Kg.
  2. At the time of admission, the first installment is payable by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/ Online along with post dated cheques of the remaining three quarters of the academic year. Submission of Post Dated cheques for the remaining quarters is mandatory even in case of cash / online payment, PDC’s would be returned back on payment of fees by cash/online on or before the respective due dates.
  3. The fees are payable in installments as prescribed by the school only on or before the scheduled dates. Late payment fee of 2 % per month on the overdue amount will be charged if fees are not paid within the stipulated date.
  4. Fees for the entire academic year can be paid together at the time of admission. In case of paying full years fees in advance the below mentioned waivers will be applicable:
    3 % waiver on Annual Fees by paying in cash/cheque/Demand Draft
    4 % waiver on Annual Fees on paying through online mode
    Note – this waiver is not applicable on term fees and one time admission fees.
    Admission is completed and confirmed only upon receipt of full fees as stipulated.
  5. Once paid, fees are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances and are subject to the exceptions as set out in the refund policy.
  6. If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues. Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the office a minimum of 60 working days prior to the end of the term.
  7. In case of any cheque towards payment of fees being dishonored, a penalty of INR.500 or fees not paid on his due date the management reserves its right to de-enroll the student at its discretion and levy any other penalty as it may deem fit.
  8. No student whose fees remain unpaid in full or in part will be allowed to sit for the board examination. No internal examination results, reports, transfer certificates, leaving certificates or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to such students or parents.
  9. The school reserves the right to revise / amend the Fee Schedule from time to time.
  10. The school reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same on school’s website.


  1. Admission Fee once paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever, including where a student withdraws admission or communicates his/her intention not to attend the school at any time before scheduled commencement of academic year or where after joining the school, a student withdraws admission or leaves the school before the end of that academic year.
  2. If a student withdraws admission at any time before scheduled commencement of term, refund, if any, of fees would be by cheque only & will be subject to the following provisions:
    • If a student withdraws admission before 60 working days of the scheduled date of commencement of term, Tuition that is Annual Fees and term fees will be refunded.
    • If a student withdraws admission less than 60 working days before the scheduled date of commencement of term, the first installment paid at the time of admission will not be refunded which includes a component of tuition (Annual Fees) and term fees.
    • All refund applications will be processed within 2 weeks after the commencement of the Academic year.
  3. After Commencement of the Academic year, whether or not a student joins classes, under no circumstances will the Annual Fees and term fees paid to the school be refunded, if a student withdraws admission or leaves the school before the end of that academic term, for any reasons. All unpaid fees must be paid.

A. The school follows the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) curriculum integrated with Education for Global Citizenship and has a unique teaching pedagogy we call as "Living School" implementing the Curriculum for Excellence.

A. One must obtain the School prospectus which includes Application for Admission form. The cost of Admission Form is Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Only), which is non-refundable.
