A Virtual Teachers' Orientation and Introduction took place at Educon International School in the last week. EIS Chairman Dr Nikhil Wagh conducted the session.
Teacher Orientation is important as it facilitates their understanding about school's approach towards education and make them aware of various aspects which are an integral part in school's functioning. In brief an overview of "School's Ecosystem"
Orientation encourages the teacher’s confidence and helps them to adapt to the teaching environment. It contributes to more effective and productive teaching practices and also promotes communication amongst all the stakeholders.
School's mission, motto, education philosophy, Online Teaching-Learning pedagogies and challenges were discussed in detail during the Orientation program. Teachers Orientation Session provided an Instructional Scaffolding to all teachers as they are set to welcome new Academic Year 2021-22.
