Workshop on Importance of Cleanliness and Segregation of waste.

EIS students had participated in the workshop organized by The Adar Poonawalla Foundation as a part of their initiative, "Clean City Pune".

The organizers explained students about their foundation and the "Clean Pune" initiative. The sole purpose of this initiative is improving the environment and waste management in the city of Pune.

Students were provided information on the various types of Wet, dry, and hazardous waste and the proper ways of waste disposal, through a short film. This was in line with our mission to enable each student to be a successful learner, a confident individual, a responsible citizen and an effective contributor. It helped EIS students understand their role as Responsible Citizens.
