World Space Week 2018 Celebration

Students of EIS celebrated World Space Week (4th Oct - 10th Oct) by participating in multiple activities.

They learnt various facts about Solar System objects and were introduced to the concept of ‘satellites ‘in a very innovative manner.They participated in various hands-on activities based on the facts of these objects. A virtual trip was organized to show International Space Station where Sunita Williams - the Astronaut explained the life on ISS. Students also participated in various Quiz sessions based on the solar system. Our pre-primary students also enjoyed a Moon - Walk dance.

Teachers explained students about the inspirational role that space and space sciences play to encourage them to explore more into STEM and Science.
