Palkhi Celebration in School

Educon International School took a wonderful opportunity of presenting the replica of traditional Palkhi in school premises. The enthusiasm filled the whole school when EIS students came to school dressed up as warkaries carrying saffron flags, palkhi and Tulsi saplings in ‘tulsivrundavans’.

This event was brought into existence to sensitize the young minds with traditional integrity amongst each other. The teachers popped in and made realistic props to give the event a realistic look. The informative PowerPoint presentations, music and gajar mesmerized the whole School campus. The participation of all children in this Palkhi event gave a message of social awareness and a feeling of oneness.
